Cliff has been a resident of Yuba City since 1955, and in the insurance business since 1968. He was a Allstate agent for 35 years before joining Rose Insurance Agency in 2006 . Cliff has been a 30 year Yuba City Rotarian. He enjoys the mountains, especially Bucks Lake and Quincy where he was born.
